Secondary Table Tennis

We have competed in both the U13's and U15's TISAC Table Tennis Tournaments this week at Heathfield. I have been delighted with the dedication and effort of all of you who have been involved. Your commitment to practising was certainly evident in your impressive performances at the tournament. I am proud to announce the overall final standings were;
  • U13's - 3rd
  • U15's - 2nd
A particular mention to our highest place finishers, in the U13's Ela finished third and Pan fourth and in the U15's Alex finished second, Mimi third and Laura fourth.

As I have said to you all the most important part of taking part in these events is not the result, but enjoying yourself and growing and developing from the experience. This has been very evident with your progress over the past number of weeks and your performances this week, with you all displaying great enthusiasm and perseverance. Well done and thank you.

A huge thank you also to Kiki and Ying (U15's) and Thomas and Pae (U13's) for filming at the events. We look forward with great excitement to seeing the videos next week. I hope you all share the same gratitude for their efforts as this is something which you can savour for many years to come.

Primary Badminton

The Primary students performed terrifically well during last weeks TISAC Tournament. The U9's finished 7th, with the U11's finishing 5th. There were some great individual performances from Jack and Amour, who were 2nd place in the U9's boys doubles, Nina and Kylen, who were 4th in the U9 mixed doubles and Kimi, who was 1st place in the U11 boys.

Mr. Felipe would like to thank all of the students involved for their efforts and also for their exemplary behaviour on the day.

U16's Volleyball

Our U16's girls volleyball team participated in a tournament at Ekamai International School on Sunday. Mr. John was delighted with the girls enthusiasm and effort and once again the girls demonstrated how much progress they have made, despite having a number of players missing due to the exams. Fortunately the girls had a great day and Mr. John would like to thank them for taking part.

Badminton

Congratulations to all the students who participated in the TISAC badminton tournament on Friday. I am extremely proud to report that the U15's finished 3rd and the U13's were 1st! This is the first time we have won this event and all the students involved made a valuable contribution to the overall result. I would also like to thank everyone involved for their impeccable behaviour.

Also, a huge thank you to Jaikirat and Hariraj who did a fantastic job filming. We look forward to seeing the video that is being produced.
